Leading Negotiations

Whether negotiating simple  work-based  situations  or multi-disciplinary negotiations with external stakeholders, this workshop will provide you with practical skills and techniques to effectively influence positive outcomes.

"Leading Negotiations: a Masterclass" is a two-day program run at the Australian InstituteofManagement ACT campus. The workshop has been developed in response to feedback from Executive level staff within the public sector whose work increasingly involves the negotiation of complex agreements with internal and external stakeholders.

This workshop is aimed at middle and senior level managers and leaders in the public sector. It is a “skills based workshop”, designed to build practical skills in handling difficult negotiation situations, and build an understanding of principled negotiation techniques and of how to effect sustainable workplace change.

More information about the program can be found in this downloadable PDF.
