Strengthen the impact of your strategic thinking

'Applying Strategic Thinking" is a new, two-day program is designed for  APS 6 through to EL2s (and equivalents).

The capacity to think, plan and act strategically is a core capability for middle and senior management staff. The challenge is to gain the ability to move from the specifics of day-to-day operational service delivery to the much bigger picture overview required in the strategic dimension of our work.

In this program we provide participants with a wide range of practical tools and techniques that they can take back to their workplaces and use to help themselves and their teams be more strategic and develop more effective long-term strategies. The program uses a wide range of current and real-world examples to enable an opportunity to practice the new skills gained immediately.

More information about the program can be found in this downloadable PDF.
