Our Office Team

CPM has an office team of five staff, who provide administrative oversight for CPM programs and coaching services. We offer a friendly, collegiate and supportive work environment and are all proud to be part of the CPM office team.

Peta

Peta Harding is CPM’s Customer Experience and Operations Manager. Peta leads the CPM coordination team and provides project management oversight to all of CPM’s Departmental and in-house programs. Peta also oversees CPM’s Executive Coaching program.

Leanne

Leanne Gundry is responsible for National Business Development, specialising in CPM’s public sector solutions across the country.

Lacey

Lacey Partrick is a CPM Course Coordinator who is responsible for the delivery of several CPM departmental and in-house courses, as well as managing 360◦ Feedback Profiles and diagnostics.

Deanne

Deanne Cobb is responsible for National Client Development, specialising in Public Sector solutions across QLD and ACT.

Lily

Lily Wickham is a CPM Course Coordinator who is responsible for the delivery of several CPM departmental and in-house courses, including our many mentoring programs for our clients.

Zeeshan

Zeeshan Hussain is part of the National Business Enablement team providing administrative support to the business development team

Hannah

Hannah Thomson is CPM’s Coordination Support Officer, assisting the Coordination Team with all aspects of program delivery.

Jade

Jade McCarthy is the Canberra team’s Customer Experience Officer, delivering exceptional customer service to all clients, students and visitors to our Canberra campus.
