Executive Impact

'Executive Impact: skills for achieving success in executive conversations' is a two-day program designed for Executive Levels 1 & 2 and SES (and equivalents).

Many executives are seeking support and encouragement in developing their ability to say what they mean, be heard as credible and have an impact. This workshop addresses those areas which make the difference between being just "present at the table" or being seen as a serious, credible player in top team conversations. It will also be useful for those whose voice is sometimes over-exposed in Executive Impact settings.

The program has been developed to provide executives with a highly practical, hands on experience which will enhance their ability to 'step up' in tough conversations and situations and 'step into with confidence' the challenging representational roles required of them.
