Leading with Strategic Intelligence

Mastering strategic thinking and action

'Leading with Strategic Intelligence: mastering strategic thinking and action' is a three-day residential run at The Briars, Bowral NSW . The program is designed for Executive Levels 1 & 2 (and equivalents).

The program is built around the concept of Strategic Intelligence (SI) and argues that strategic thinking and behaviour play a far greater role in our individual success and effectiveness, whether in the workplace or at home, than is commonly acknowledged. Strategic Intelligence is also more than simply high order strategic thinking. It also includes communicating and 'selling' the strategy and ensuring that it is successfully implemented.

The program includes a 360˚ feedback Strategic Intelligence Profile (SIP) based on CPM's Strategic Intelligence Capability Framework (SICF).

More information about the program can be found in this downloadable PDF.

Executive Coaching

One of the challenges of attending a three-day residential program is to not lose sight of the various insights, ideas, plans and issues that arise during the course.  Some of them are far too important not to follow up.

‘Leading with Strategic Intelligence’ offers a one hour coaching session to take place in the months following the program. The coaching session provides  one-on-one time for specific issues to be discussed. The coaching session is provided by our experienced Executive Coach at our office in Canberra.
