AIM Education and Training Research Program

AIM’s programs are based on the latest research into adult learning and relevant contemporary management and leadership theory.  We are currently undertaking several research projects in partnership with some of Australia’s top universities. 

The Australian Institute of Management invites leaders and managers to take part in research projects to help us understand what matters into today’s complex workplace environments. This information informs and guides our learning programs to ensures that our programs assist participants stay at the forefront of management issues across the country.

Current research projects are related to middle management development needs, leadership development practices and management recruitment.  Research findings will be presented in AIM Discussion Papers, through national AIM road-shows, at national and international management conferences and through publication in top management journals.  Along the way, AIM clients can join in on discussions through the AIM blog and through publications in the AIM magazine.
